The position
As an ESL Teacher with Execuform, you will mainly provide personalized language training to busy executives who are truly motivated to learn. These private courses will be given at the students' offices. You will work independently, setting your own schedule - between 5 and 25 hours per week, based on your availability and course demand. We also provide semi-private courses (2 people) and small group courses (4 to 6 people), mainly to professionals and support staff.

Your working conditions

We also encourage teachers to assist us with the development of curriculum and teaching tools. Furthermore, if you require research assistance or general advice, our pedagogical advisor is always available to help you. We also create regular opportunities for teachers to meet to exchange ideas and materials.

Qualifications
If you have the following qualifications and would like to join a small, rapidly growing and highly motivated team of English teachers, we would love to have you on board.

	Native speaker of English
	Minimum: Bachelor's degree in English, ESL, Linguistics, Literature or Translation, preferably with TESL Certificate
	Five years' experience in teaching English to adults, preferably in a business environment
	Able to adapt course content to meet the needs of your students
	Flexible regarding course dates and times, able to travel
	Extroverted, professional, diplomatic, positive attitude
	At ease researching various fields via Internet and communicating with students via email
	AUTOMOBILE AND COMPUTER ARE MANDATORY.

Assets

	Experience in teaching business and/or creative writing
	Coaching experience - working with the media, negotiating, giving speeches
	Experience in evaluating students' levels
